P-Physical Therapist

Position: Physical Therapist Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm with weekend rotation Facility: 151 bed skilled nursing facility (SNF) Compensation: $38-$44 per hour We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at our 151 bed skilled nursing facility. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to help them improve their physical abilities and overall quality of life. Responsibilities: - Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans - Administer therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve strength, mobility, and range of motion - Utilize modalities such as heat, cold, ultrasound, and electrical stimulation to aid in patient recovery - Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for at-home exercises and self-care - Communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care - Document patient progress and maintain accurate records Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy - Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred - Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles and techniques - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
