Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities, medical history, and goals - Develop personalized treatment plans based on evaluations and medical records - Utilize various physical therapy techniques and exercises to help patients improve mobility, strength, and range of motion - Monitor and track patients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed - Educate patients on proper techniques and exercises to continue at home - Communicate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and nurses, to coordinate patient care - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation - Stay informed on new developments and techniques in the field of physical therapy Qualifications: - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy - Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist - Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and exercises - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Compassionate and patient-centered approach to patient care - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to handle a fast-paced and dynamic work environment Salary and Benefits: The salary range for this position is $40 - $55 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
