We offer post-hospital, short-term rehabilitation services as well as long-term and respite care. Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a P-Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with physical disabilities and injuries. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans and provide ongoing care to our residents.
