Position: Physical Therapist (P-Physical Therapist)
Salary Range: $40-50/hour
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday (No weekend rotation)
Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physical Therapist (P-Physical Therapist) to join our team. As a P-Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with physical disabilities or injuries. Your goal will be to help patients improve their mobility, reduce pain, and increase their overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial evaluations of patients to determine their physical limitations and develop treatment plans
- Administer treatment interventions such as exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to help patients regain strength, mobility, and function
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to continue at home
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
Qualifications:
- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- CPR certification
- Experience with electronic medical records is a plus
Salary and Benefits:
