P-Physical Therapist

Position: Physical Therapist Salary Range: Up to $63/hr per unit rate Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with physical impairments, injuries, or disabilities to help them improve their mobility, relieve pain, and increase their overall physical function. You will work with a diverse patient population and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct initial evaluations and assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations - Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals - Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve patients' strength, range of motion, and functional abilities - Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed - Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises to continue at home - Communicate and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records - Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in the provision of patient care - Stay current with advancements and developments in the field of physical therapy through continuing education and professional development opportunities Qualifications: - Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program - Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting preferred - Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care - Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records - Ability to work 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday with no weekend rotation Salary and Benefits: The salary range for this position is up to $63/hr per unit rate.
