• Friday – Monday
• 10-hour shifts
• Four-day workweek

Position Overview

We are seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for an inpatient acute care assignment in Rancho Mirage, California.

This role involves implementing treatment plans and selecting therapy modalities to help patients recover from physical limitations or injuries. The Physical Therapist will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes, assist with discharge planning, and ensure safe, effective rehabilitation services.

The therapist will provide therapy services in compliance with hospital standards, licensing requirements, and physical therapy practice regulations while maintaining high-quality documentation and patient care.

Requirements

• Active California Physical Therapist License — REQUIRED
• BLS Certification (AHA) — REQUIRED
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Physical Therapy — REQUIRED
• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy — PREFERRED
• Inpatient acute care experience — PREFERRED
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
• Ability to administer therapy modalities across patient populations
• Strong interdisciplinary communication skills
