Position Overview
Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for an opportunity at HCA Florida Lehigh Hospital.
This role focuses on providing comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting, including evaluation, treatment planning, and rehabilitation interventions to improve mobility and function.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform patient evaluations and functional assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (POC)

Deliver therapeutic interventions including:
- Gait training
- Strength and mobility exercises
- Functional rehabilitation
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans
- Educate patients and caregivers on recovery and home programs
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Required Qualifications
Active Florida Physical Therapist License
