Position Overview
Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for an Adult Rehab / Long-Term Care (LTC) setting at Tide Health Group – Tiffany Heights.
This role involves evaluating and treating patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders while working in a collaborative rehab environment.
Facility Information
- Facility: Tide Health Group – Tiffany Heights
- Location: Mound City, MO
- Setting: Adult Rehab / Long-Term Care (LTC)
- Schedule: Flexible 8-hour shifts (Mon–Fri)
- Weekend Requirement: None (only if holiday adjustment needed)
Clinical Responsibilities
- Conduct speech, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (POC)

Treat conditions such as:
- Dysphagia
- Cognitive impairments
- Communication disorders
- Utilize evidence-based therapy techniques
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment accordingly
- Provide patient and caregiver education
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and care planning
- Supervise CFYs, students, or assistants as needed

Required Qualifications
Active Missouri SLP License
CCC-SLP Certification (Required)
Minimum 1 year experience (new grads accepted with strong Level II experience)
LTC or Rehab experience required
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years SLP experience
Experience in LTC or SNF settings
Strong dysphagia and cognitive rehab skills
Compliance Requirements
Must be submitted at posted rate (no negotiation)
1 reference required at submission
Active MO license required
