Pay Package

Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,600/week

Travel compensation packages may include a mix of taxable pay and stipends, depending on eligibility.

Position Overview

Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a contract at a highly rated retirement community in New Oxford, PA.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work across skilled nursing, personal care, and independent living settings, focusing on improving mobility, safety, and quality of life for older adults.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform evaluations and provide individualized physical therapy treatments

  • Develop and implement care plans focused on mobility, safety, and independence

  • Treat residents across multiple levels of care (SNF, personal care, independent living)

  • Collaborate with rehab team, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary partners

  • Document care using Net Health EMR (training available)

  • Support a resident-centered and team-oriented care environment

Requirements

  • Active Pennsylvania PT License

  • CPR Certification (AHA or Red Cross)

  • Experience in senior care / SNF / geriatric settings preferred

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Compassionate, patient-focused approach

Assignment Details

  • 40 hours per week | Monday–Friday schedule

  • 13-week contract (ASAP start)

  • Work across a continuum of care setting

  • Fast-paced but supportive rehab environment

Additional Requirements

  • Two-step PPD or TB test within 30 days of start

  • Background check and fingerprinting required

  • Physical exam required prior to start

  • COVID vaccination or approved exemption
