Position Overview

Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for an outpatient rehabilitation assignment in Marshall, MN.

The Physical Therapist will provide comprehensive rehabilitation services to patients with a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. This role focuses on improving mobility, restoring function, and helping patients return to daily activities and work safely.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and functional mobility assessments
Develop individualized rehabilitation treatment plans
Provide therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training
Implement manual therapy techniques and rehabilitation modalities
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care

Primarily outpatient rehabilitation services
Potential flexibility in patient populations depending on therapist preference

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist License (or eligibility for Minnesota licensure)
BLS Certification (AHA)
Strong clinical assessment and rehabilitation skills

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation
Strong manual therapy and functional mobility training experience

Assignment Details

Flexible scheduling available Monday–Friday
40 hours per week
Approximately 4 weeks required for onboarding and credentialing
