Position Overview

Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for an outpatient therapy assignment in Lakeport, California.

This position primarily focuses on delivering outpatient physical therapy services to patients with orthopedic, neurological, and functional mobility conditions. The therapist will develop and implement individualized treatment plans and provide education to patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance functional outcomes.

The therapist will also serve as a resource within the department, providing structured educational support and assisting with patient care planning.

This is a non-floating position with no on-call requirements, offering a consistent weekday schedule.

Requirements

• Active California Physical Therapist License — REQUIRED
• BLS Certification (AHA or American Red Cross) — REQUIRED
• Minimum 2 years Physical Therapist experience — REQUIRED
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program approved by APTA
• Degree required: B.S., B.A., M.S., M.A., or DPT in Physical Therapy
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills
