Position Overview

Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a Long Term Care (LTC) facility at Tide Health Group – Tiffany Heights.

This role focuses on delivering rehabilitative care under PT supervision, helping patients improve mobility, strength, and functional independence.

Clinical Responsibilities

• Assist PT in implementing treatment plans and rehab interventions
• Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, and mobility support
• Use modalities and assistive devices as prescribed
• Track and report patient progress
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Educate patients and caregivers
• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning

Required Qualifications

Active Missouri PTA License
Minimum 1 year PTA experience
LTC or Rehab experience REQUIRED

Scheduling & Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday – Friday
• Shift: 8-hour days (flexible timing)
• Hours: 40 hours/week
• Weekend: None (unless making up holiday hours)
• On-call: None

Must submit at posted rate ($58/hr)
Flexible timing but must stay consistent
Works under supervision of PT
