P-Physical Therapist

Job Title: Physical Therapist Salary Range: $39.78 - $42.4 per hour Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday Weekend Rotation: None Travel Required: Yes Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will work with patients of all ages and backgrounds to help them improve their physical function and mobility. You will be responsible for evaluating patients, creating treatment plans, and providing hands-on therapy to help them reach their goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for helping others, excellent communication skills, and a desire to continuously learn and grow in their profession. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct initial evaluations of patients to assess their physical condition, limitations, and goals - Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and collaborate with patients to set achievable goals - Provide hands-on therapy to patients, including exercises, stretches, and manual techniques - Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed - Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to continue their progress at home - Communicate with other healthcare professionals involved in a patient's care to ensure a comprehensive treatment plan - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and techniques in the field of physical therapy - Travel to various locations to provide therapy services, as needed Qualifications: - Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution - Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting preferred - Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Willingness to travel to various locations for patient care - Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records - Current CPR certification We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.
