P-Physical Therapist

Title: Physical Therapist Location: SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) Salary Range: $41-$43.50 per hour Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday with weekends as needed Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at a SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility). As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with physical impairments or disabilities, helping them to improve their physical function and mobility. You will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans and provide hands-on therapy to help them achieve their goals. Key Responsibilities: - Perform initial evaluations and assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations - Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals - Provide hands-on therapy to patients using a variety of techniques and modalities - Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed - Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to improve mobility and function - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records - Follow all safety and infection control procedures - May be required to float to other facilities as needed Qualifications: - Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program - Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a SNF or similar setting preferred - Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles and techniques - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexibility to work weekends as needed - Ability to float to other facilities as needed We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off.
