P-Director of Rehab

Position: Director of Rehab Salary Range: $60,000+ Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday Weekend Rotation: None New Graduates: Not eligible, only accepting PT/SLP applicants We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Rehab to join our team. As the Director of Rehab, you will be responsible for overseeing the therapy department and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range starting at $60,000. As the Director of Rehab, you will work 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, with no weekend rotation. This schedule allows for a healthy work-life balance and the opportunity to enjoy your weekends off. Please note that we are unable to consider new graduates for this position. We are specifically looking for licensed Physical Therapists (PT) and Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) to join our team. As a Director of Rehab, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring our therapy team, so we require candidates with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a clinical setting. The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent leadership skills, strong clinical knowledge, and a passion for providing exceptional patient care. You will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the therapy department, including scheduling, budgeting, and maintaining regulatory compliance.
