Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Oncology

Pay Package

Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,600/week

Travel compensation packages may include a combination of taxable pay and stipends, depending on eligibility.

Position Overview

Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) with Oncology experience for a 13-week assignment in Keene, New Hampshire.

This role focuses on treating patients with cancer-related impairments, including fatigue, pain, lymphedema, and functional limitations. The PT will provide individualized, evidence-based care to improve mobility, strength, and overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat patients with oncology-related conditions

  • Develop individualized treatment plans across the cancer care continuum

  • Provide therapeutic interventions to improve strength, mobility, and function

  • Address musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary impairments

  • Educate patients on exercise programs, mobility, and symptom management

  • Collaborate with oncologists and interdisciplinary healthcare teams

  • Document patient care and treatment progress in EMR systems

Requirements

  • Active New Hampshire Physical Therapist License (in hand at submission)

  • BLS Certification (AHA)

  • Minimum 2+ years of current PT experience

  • Oncology Physical Therapy experience required

  • Outpatient orthopedic experience required

  • EPIC EMR experience required

  • Must have own transportation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous travel experience

  • Experience treating a wide range of adult patient populations

Assignment Details

  • One-on-one patient care model

  • Typical day includes 2–3 evaluations + treatment sessions

  • 30–60 minute treatment sessions

  • No local candidates (must live 50+ miles away)

  • Holiday coverage may be required
