Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,400/week

Travel compensation packages may include a mix of taxable pay and stipends, depending on eligibility.

Position Overview

Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a home health assignment in Valley City, ND.

This role involves providing therapy services to patients in their homes across a 60-mile radius, treating a mix of post-surgical, fall recovery, and general home health cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home patient evaluations and develop care plans

• Provide skilled PT treatment to home health and hospice patients

• Manage a caseload of 5–7 patients per day

• Document care using HomeCare HomeBase EMR

• Educate patients and families on mobility, safety, and recovery

• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams

Requirements

• Active North Dakota PT License

• Minimum 1 year of Home Health experience REQUIRED

• BLS Certification (AHA)

• Valid Driver's License & Auto Insurance REQUIRED

• Strong time management and independent work skills

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• 40 hours guaranteed

• No weekends or holidays

• Coverage area: ~60-mile radius

• No interview required (fast submission process)

Important Notes

• Must live 50+ miles from facility

• Cannot have worked with CommonSpirit/CHI/Dignity within past 12 months

• Facility may cancel up to 4 shifts per contract

• RTO must be submitted upfront
