Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 12-week assignment in Boulder City, Nevada. This role offers a diverse clinical environment where therapists will treat patients across multiple care settings including inpatient, outpatient, long-term care, and home health.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans

• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence

• Treat patients across multiple care settings including acute care and outpatient therapy

• Educate patients and caregivers on rehabilitation plans and home exercises

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly

• Document patient care and outcomes in the electronic medical record

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Active Nevada Physical Therapist License

• BLS Certification

• Ability to work across multiple therapy settings

• Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills

• 12-week travel contract
