Salary Range: $66,000 – $100,000 annually (based on experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to provide evaluation and treatment services for both inpatient and outpatient populations in a collaborative rehabilitation setting in Keene, New Hampshire.

The Physical Therapist will screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, and develop treatment plans for patients referred by licensed physicians. Patient populations range from pediatric to adult.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and re-evaluations

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Provide therapeutic interventions based on physician referrals

• Demonstrate knowledge of human growth and development across age groups

• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary healthcare team members

• Communicate effectively with patients and families

• Complete accurate and timely documentation

• Participate in quality assessment and performance improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

• Active New Hampshire Physical Therapy License

• BLS Certification (AHA required)

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year of clinical experience preferred

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Ability to function effectively within a multidisciplinary team
