Position Overview

Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for an acute care hospital in Reno, NV.

This role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care in a hospital setting, working with a diverse patient population requiring rehabilitation following illness, injury, or surgery.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop treatment plans

• Provide acute care physical therapy services to hospitalized patients

• Implement treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function

• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

• Document all patient care accurately and timely

• Adapt to changing patient needs and hospital workflow

Requirements

• Active Nevada PT License

• Acute Care experience REQUIRED

• BLS Certification (AHA)

• Strong clinical decision-making and adaptability

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Assignment Details

• 8-hour day shifts

• 40 hours per week

• Acute care hospital setting

• Patient population: varied medical and post-surgical cases
