Position: Physical Therapist Salary Range: $39.78 - $42.4 per hour Schedule: 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday with no weekend rotation Location: Skilled Nursing Facility We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at our Skilled Nursing Facility. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs for our patients to help them improve their mobility, strength, and overall physical function. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct initial evaluations and ongoing assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations - Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results and patient goals - Utilize a variety of techniques and modalities to improve patients' physical function and reduce pain - Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed - Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to continue at home - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation - Keep abreast of new developments and techniques in the field of physical therapy Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program - Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting - Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles, techniques, and modalities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care - Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
