P-Occupational Therapist

Job Title: Occupational Therapist Location: McHenry, IL Salary: $40-$47 per hour Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday, no weekend rotation Restrictions/Notes: New graduates will not be considered. Must have experience working in Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care settings. We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in McHenry, IL. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with patients in Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care settings to help them regain and maintain their independence and improve their overall quality of life. Responsibilities: - Conduct initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients - Implement treatment plans and provide ongoing therapy to patients - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients - Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises to improve function and independence - Monitor and track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed - Document all patient interactions and progress in a timely and accurate manner Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy - Current state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist - Minimum of 2 years of experience working in Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care settings - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care - Physical stamina and dexterity to perform therapy tasks We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
