Position Overview
Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a long-term contract opportunity at a state-run developmental center in Mount Vernon, OH.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient evaluations using standardized assessments
- Perform range of motion, gait, and functional analysis
- Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans
- Monitor and reassess patient progress regularly
- Adjust therapy programs based on outcomes and clinical findings
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Participate in treatment planning discussions and case reviews
- Support training and supervision of PT assistants, aides, and students
Required Qualifications
Active Ohio Physical Therapist License
Experience in rehabilitation, neurological, or developmental settings
Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
Ability to work independently in a flexible schedule environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in developmental centers or long-term care settings
- Background in neurological or functional rehabilitation
- Experience supervising PTAs or students
Scheduling & Assignment Details
- Flexible schedule (up to 2–3 days per week)
- Up to 24 hours per week based on facility needs
- Day shift hours (typically between 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM or similar)
