Position Overview

Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a pediatric outpatient role at Carris Health Rice Rehabilitation Center.

This position focuses on working with pediatric patients, delivering speech therapy services to improve communication, feeding, and developmental outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform speech, language, and feeding evaluations
• Develop individualized therapy plans for pediatric patients
• Provide treatment for communication and swallowing disorders
• Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions
• Educate families and caregivers
• Maintain accurate documentation

Required Qualifications

Active Minnesota SLP License (Required at submission)
Minimum 1 year of experience
Pediatric or outpatient experience preferred
Strong communication and patient care skills

Scheduling & Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday – Friday
• Shift:
  • Mon–Thurs: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Hours: 40 hours/week guaranteed

Important Requirements

Must live >25 miles from facility (no locals)
MN License must be in hand before submission
Fingerprinting required in-person in MN before start
Labs must be completed within 48 hours of signing
Up to 7 days RTO allowed (no first 2 weeks)
