Pay Package

Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,558/week (based on limited hours)
Expected Hours: 8–16 hours per week (Not Guaranteed)

Schedule:

• Saturdays and Sundays
• 1–2 days per week
• Shift hours range: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Per Diem role — hours are not guaranteed

Travel compensation packages may include a mix of taxable wages and stipends, depending on eligibility and hours worked.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Per Diem Travel Physical Therapist (PT) to provide therapy coverage in an inpatient and swing bed setting in Jacksonville, Texas.

This role involves evaluating and treating patients requiring physical therapy services in acute and swing bed care environments. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for assessing patient conditions, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapy interventions to support patient recovery and functional independence.

The therapist must work independently while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, effective patient care.

Requirements

• Active Texas Physical Therapist License — REQUIRED
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy — REQUIRED
• BLS Certification (AHA only) — REQUIRED
• Ability to work independently in inpatient and swing bed settings
• Strong clinical decision-making skills
• Ability to interpret patient data and establish treatment goals
• Strong communication and documentation skills
