P-Physical Therapist

Job Title: Physical Therapist Salary Range: $40-$50 per hour Schedule: 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday (flexible schedule available) No weekend rotation required Facility: 90-bed healthcare facility Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at our 90-bed healthcare facility. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve their maximum potential and improve their quality of life. Responsibilities: - Conduct initial evaluations and assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals - Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and exercises to improve patients' mobility, strength, and function - Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed - Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises to continue at home - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for patients - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records - Stay current with advancements in the field of physical therapy and implement new techniques and treatments as appropriate Requirements: - Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy - Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of medical terminology and electronic medical records - Physical stamina and dexterity to perform job duties - CPR and first aid certification preferred We offer a competitive salary range of $40-$50 per hour, with the potential for growth and advancement within the company.
