Process Trainers for Social Meda Account

Job Description

  1. Develop and deliver training modules under specified timelines
  2. Manage training class and interdepartmental communication and coordination
  3. Understand the process training for one or more verticals
  4. Manage databases batch list, scores of agents, etc.
  5. Assess performance of trainees and check tests
  6. Interact with clients
  7. Document training modules, etc.
  8. Mentor trainees effectively
  9. Keep oneself and ensures ones team is updated, aware of, and compliant to all Company policies and procedures which include Information Security Management Systems
  10. Ensure that all company information which includes customer information are kept confidential and secured

Requirements

Awesome to Have:

  • Excellent communication skills (both spoken and written)
  • Hands on experience in training, preferred
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Basic and operational knowledge on internet
  • Good knowledge of hardware, software and networking issues and troubleshooting mechanisms
  • Excellent knowledge of timeline
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good time management and multi-tasking skills

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year degree course or program
  • With at least 3 years of total work experience; 2 years of which as Process Trainer in a similar industry
  • Flexible to work on site and can start ASAP
