Key Responsibilities:

Responding to queries and providing assistance with questions and problems.

Following up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues.

Running reports to analyze common complaints and problems.

Utilizes knowledge base information to answer customer inquiries and alerts supervisor or lead worker when there is confusion or absence of information to answer particular questions.

Key Requirements:

At least 18 months of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

At-least 1 year complete or graduate of any field.

Proficient in English and must have very good communication skills.

Good problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with Customer Service skills and etiquette.

Applicants must be willing to work in BGC Taguig or Alabang.
