Minimum Qualifications:

  • Amenable to work onsite (MOA)
  • At least Highschool Graduate
  • 6 months and up BPO experience is preferred but not required
  • Amenable to do DAYSHIFT 6AM-3PM
  • Willing to start immediately
  • Good to excellent Communication Skills

Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls/email from customers
  • Resolving customer inquiries/requests
  • Developing and maintaining accurate files
  • Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
  • Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
  • Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident, and knowledgeable manner.
