Job Description: 

We are looking for a passionate Senior UI/UX Designer, inspired to create digital products that people love. As a UI/UX Designer at Triparound you will be responsible for a wide range of design activities, with strong emphasis on improving the usability of our products. More specifically main responsibilities include:

Empathize & Define:

  • Collaborate with relevant departments to understand business requirements
  • Understand product strategic goals, user needs and potential technical constraints
  • Explore possible user problems and needs

Ideate & Prototype:

  • Ideate easy and smooth flows of activities as solutions to complex design challenges
  • Generate design ideas and follow them through their end-to-end journey, from basic user flows, wireframes, testing, to pixel perfect high-fidelity prototypes.
  • Produce, present and review pixel perfect designs, aligned with the company’s visual identity
  • Be comfortable with designing components and elements for the needs of creation and maintenance of a solid design system to support our product

Deliver for Development:

  • Create deliverables that clearly explain the design intent to the engineering team
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure correct behavior of delivered components and enable them to proceed with implementation

Skills & Qualifications:

In line with our strategic goal to expand business internationally, we are seeking a UI/UX Designer that can thrive in a global landscape and has a solid work-ethic. In addition:

  • A minimum of three years’ work experience in the UI, UX field
  • Ability to lead the solution of a product area and connect it to broader product vision
  • Proficiency in designing interfaces and building clickable prototypes
  • Work experience and advanced knowledge of standard design tools (team is currently working with Adobe XD)
  • Basic understanding of CSS, HTML5 and its best practices
  • Experience working within design and development teams in an agile environment
