Job Description  

The Sales Development Representative role is dynamic and demanding, as it correlates directly with the core of Triparound's business. The successful candidate will work as a member of the Sales Team, contributing efforts to driving the business's sales engine. Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Identifying prospects & growing sales pipeline based on target territories & personas
  • Managing prospects through qualification & overcoming objections
  • Being an expert on Triparound, communicating value proposition with goal of conversion
  • Building long-term relationships with prospects, genuinely engaging & understanding their needs
  • Assessing, creating & developing sales materials, processes & techniques
  • Utilizing company CRM, logging records & activity accordingly
  • Grasping, sharing & nurturing Triparound's long-term vision & culture

Skills & Qualifications 

The characteristics we are searching for in our next Triparound Sales Development Representative are primarily those of solid work-ethic and strong determination. Along with this, skill and qualification requirements for the role include: 

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of two years of work experience in a client-facing role
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills; and top command of the English language
  • Intellectual curiosity & desire to grow & continuously improve
  • Customer-centric, solution-oriented & goal-driven
  • Willingness and desire to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive & organized with impeccable attention to detail
  • Positive and passionate, team player attitude

  • Bachelor's degree specialization in travel or tech sector; and/or Master's degree
  • Work experience in SaaS and/or B2B business
  • HubSpot/Salesforce or other CRM database software experience
