As our company continues to grow, we are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team.  You will fill a critical role, ensuring daily operations run smoothly in a virtual environment. If you are a high-level organizer with a sense of humor about the occasional curveball, you'll fit right in.

Your Impact

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings across multiple calendars, going beyond just "booking" to protect executive time for deep work and strategic thinking
  • Manage the executive inbox with poise, acting as a professional gatekeeper by prioritizing urgent matters and ensuring stakeholders feel heard and valued
  • Take the lead on special projects, from researching new software to drafting presentation decks and moving key initiatives across the finish line
  • Stay three steps ahead of the schedule—if a meeting is on the horizon, you have already gathered the brief and relevant background info before being asked
  • Track and prioritize action items using Asana, ensuring deadlines are met and nothing falls through the cracks

The Ideal Candidate

  • You have 3+ years of experience supporting executives and can handle sensitive, confidential information with absolute discretion
  • You are a natural problem solver who doesn't just flag issues but brings potential solutions to the table 
  • You are a versatile communicator who can write a professional email to a CEO and a witty Slack message to the team in the same breath
  • You are an expert in Google Workspace/Microsoft 365, and capable of quickly mastering new tools 
  • You have direct experience with project management tools like Asana, Slack, or Trello
  • You thrive in a virtual environment, possessing the self-discipline to manage your own workflow without needing a traditional office structure
  • You have a dedicated home office with a stable, high-speed internet connection and a professional environment for video calls.
