Summary

We are seeking a Receptionist/Assistant for a short term contract in Memphis TN. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing essential support to ensure smooth office operations.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing a positive first impression of the company.
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately using phone systems.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
  • Assist in clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
  • Assist HR with administrative tasks.
  • Assist with organizing employee events and luncheons.
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and assist with office management tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role is preferred.
  • Strong clerical skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks.
  • Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Effective phone etiquette and communication skills for professional interactions.
