About the job Content Executive - German speaker
Our client, a well established digital and back office services provider for the iGaming industry is seeking to recruit an experienced Content Executive for the German market. You will create engaging marketing content, stay on top of sports and casino trends, and help drive customer engagement across channels. Working closely with CRM, Designers and copywriters, you will bring fresh ideas to life and support the overall marketing strategy.
Responsibilities
- Draft clear, persuasive copy for emails, landing pages, SMS, push notifications, inbox messages, banners and other marketing materials on-and offside.
- Develop and maintain a consisting tone of voice for each of the language specific content facing brands individually based on the Target group and USPs.
- Plan, create, and update website and promotional content, ensuring freshness and relevance for both desktop and mobile sites.
- Work closely with CRM team and ensure that deadlines are met.
- Stay up to date with sports and casino trends in our target markets.
- Contribute to marketing strategy discussions, providing insights and recommendations to improve engagement and conversion.
- Contributing ideas and recommendations to the marketing team
- Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with fellow copywriters, designers, customer support agents, and other marketing staff and managers.
Requirements
- 1 year experience working in content, digital marketing or related role within the iGaming industry.
- Experience with leading industry CRM tools such as Salesforce, Emarsys, Optimove, etc.
- A creative mind with knowledge about Sports, Casino or Poker to create content.
- Familiarity with AI and content creation tools.
- Experience in regulated industries is preferred.
- Ability to effectively execute multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure;
- The ability to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced culture and innovative marketing team, but also able to demonstrate an in-depth understanding of core processes and principles;
- Critical thinking;
- Fluent in written/ spoken English;
- Native or bilingual in German;
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
- Basic HTML knowledge will also be a plus.
