Our client is a digital services provider operating within the iGaming field. We are looking for a Casino Manager to lead operations, drive player engagement, and ensure operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction while maintaining regulatory compliance.
- Partner with marketing, finance, and other departments to create promotional activities and events that drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new gaming technologies, and regulatory changes to maintain a competitive edge.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and suggest improvements to achieve key business objectives.
- Plan, evaluate, and enhance business processes to improve efficiency and quality across operations.
- Lead, develop, and motivate team members to maintain productivity, engagement, and operational success.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, identifying opportunities for collaboration and business growth.
- Oversee product and service quality control, ensuring the best possible player experience.
- Manage the execution of briefs and projects in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports for management to track strategic accomplishments and support informed decision-making.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of leading successful casino operations.
- Ability to manage and lead a team of professionals, motivating and developing talent.
- Previous experience in Igaming is a must
- An analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude and creativity to propose competitive product strategies.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English (Advanced level).
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Understanding of business processes, supervision, sales, and financial management.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a goal-oriented mindset, with outstanding networking and negotiation skills.
