Sports Marketing Project Manager

We are looking for a Sports Marketing Project Manager to lead and optimize sports-related initiatives, ensuring top-tier promotions, betting offers, and player engagement strategies. Responsibilities

• Plan and launch sports promotions Develop and coordinate bonus campaigns, freebies, and special offers for major events.
• Manage live & pre-match betting offers Ensure competitive odds, exclusive markets, and top-tier betting opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-team initiatives Work closely with content, CRM, and marketing teams to execute push, SMS, and email campaigns.
• Analyze and optimize promotions Track KPI performance (conversion, turnover, ROI) and adjust strategies for maximum profitability.
• Lead technical integrations Collaborate with IT teams on new features and product updates (cashback, bet-builder, etc.).
• Monitor market trends Stay ahead of competitor activities and industry innovations to drive engagement and retention.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sports marketing in betting or sports field.
• Strong knowledge of sports events, betting trends, and player engagement strategies.
• Proven project management skills ability to plan, coordinate, and execute sports campaigns within deadlines and budget.
• Analytical mindset Experience in working with KPIs to measure and enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and work in a fast-paced, dynamic industry.
• English proficiency for working with international teams and partners.
