Outsourcing Manager (Collections)

We are seeking an experienced Outsourcing Manager to lead and manage relationships with external service providers. This role is strategic and hands-on, with a strong focus on contract management, operational performance, and cross-functional collaboration. The successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing partner performance and driving measurable results through data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of external partner relationshipsfrom onboarding to contract negotiation and performance review
• Ensure all service agreements are up to date and aligned with internal standards
• Monitor SLAs and KPIs, ensuring partners meet expected performance levels
• Proactively manage issues and maintain strong, solution-focused communication with partners
• Design and improve outsourcing processes and workflows
• Define placement strategies and identify efficiency opportunities across partner operations
• Support business goals by continuously optimizing vendor performance and recovery strategies
• Develop and manage regular performance reports and dashboards
• Monitor partner outcomes and provide strategic insights based on data
• Drive data-led recommendations for placements, operational improvements, and partner strategy
• Lead and support a small internal team, fostering development and alignment
• Act as a bridge between external partners and departments such as Analytics, Payments, and Operations
• Ensure clear communication and shared objectives across internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in Outsourcing or Vendor Management, ideally within a service-led industry
• Strong understanding of operational processes and performance metrics
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Team leadership experience and a collaborative, proactive mindset
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools such as Tableau
• Fluent in English (required); German and/or Spanish are a strong plus
