We are looking for a Social User Acquisition Manager to take charge of high-budget UA and retargeting campaigns across multiple mobile games. Responsibilities:

  • Drive mobile growth strategies across multiple mobile game titles.
  • Manage and optimize UA campaigns on social ad networks, with a focus on Facebook.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with acquisition partners and internal stakeholders (creative, compliance, UA teams).
  • Research and test new technologies, ad formats, and strategies to improve performance.
  • Analyze campaign data, identify trends, and optimize based on insights.
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop and iterate ad concepts based on performance.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to the management team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in performance marketing, managing high-budget UA and retargeting campaigns on social platforms (Facebook is a must!).
  • Strong data analysis skills, with experience running tests on Facebook and interpreting results.
  • Ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets, with proficiency in Excel.
  • Deep understanding of mobile attribution and SKANs impact on performance measurement.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and presentation skills to drive decision-making.
  • Experience with Power BI or equivalent is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (verbal & written).
