About the job Arabic speaking Marketing Manager
Our client, a well established yet growing provider within the iGaming field, is launching a new online casino and sports betting brand for the Arabic speaking market with a primary focus on the GCC region and the potential to grow to other Arabic speaking markets in the future.
We are looking for a Marketing Manager who who takes the brand from an idea to a living, growing business. You will own the day-to-day development of the brand across acquisition, promotions, customer support, and site operations, working closely with our central functions (product, customer support, design, payments, and CRM) to bring everything together.
This role is ideal for someone entrepreneurial who wants the autonomy of building a brand from scratch, with the backing, infrastructure, and resources of an established operator behind them.
Responsibilities
- Own the brand's positioning, tone of voice, and content in Arabic
- Track the KPIs that matter (acquisition, retention, NGR)
- Customer acquisition (working with internal teams)
- Partner with our internal acquisition and social teams to identify the right channels, affiliates, and partners for Arabic-speaking audiences
- Act as the market expert, flagging opportunities, vetting partners, and advising on what will and won't resonate with GCC and wider Arabic-speaking customers
- Support negotiations and partner communication where language or cultural nuance is a factor, acting as the bridge between internal teams and Arabic-speaking counterparties
- Review and approve localised creative, landing pages, and affiliate materials for tone, accuracy, and cultural fit
- Design and set up the promotional calendar for casino and sportsbook (welcome offers, reloads, tournaments, event-driven campaigns around major sporting fixtures)
- Work with the CRM team to localise lifecycle communications in Arabic
- Continuously test and optimise promotional mechanics based on player behaviour
- Customer support (initial phase)
- Handle first-line customer support in Arabic during the early phase, setting the tone for service quality
- Build out the support knowledge base, FAQs, and response templates
- Define the blueprint for scaling
- Maintain the site day-to-day: content updates, landing pages, promotional banners, translations, game lobby curation
- Feed market and customer insights back to product and tech teams to influence the roadmap
- QA the Arabic-language experience end-to-end and own localisation quality
Requirements
- Proven iGaming industry experience (casino, sportsbook, or both) in roles covering acquisition, CRM, brand, affiliates, or country management
- Native or fully fluent Arabic (written and spoken), with strong English
- Entrepreneurial mindset: self-motivated, self-driven, comfortable making decisions with imperfect information
- Hands-on operator — happy to write a promo email in the morning, review an affiliate partnership at lunch, and answer a customer query in the afternoon
- Based in Malta or willing to relocate
- Deep understanding of GCC markets and cultural nuances relevant to Arabic-speaking players
- Existing knowledge of the affiliate and partner landscape in the Arabic iGaming space, able to advise internal teams on who's credible and who isn't
- Experience launching a new brand or market from scratch
- Knowledge of sports popular in the region (football, cricket, MMA, horse racing, F1)
- Relevant education in marketing, business, or a related field
- Familiarity with back-office platforms, CMS tools, BI/reporting dashboards, and CRM systems
