Our client is a structured, wellestablished online gaming group with a decadeslong presence across their core markets. Operating multiple brands in Casino, Live Casino and Sportsbook. They are no seeking to recruit an Affiliate Manager to join their team in Malta.

Overview

The Affiliate Manager owns the growth and quality of the affiliate channel across Switzerland and Turkey (and adjacent markets). You will acquire, activate and scale affiliate partnerships (blogs/SEO, media networks, paid media partners, streamers/influencers), negotiate commercial models (CPA/RevShare/Hybrid), and deliver profitable, compliant acquisition at pace. This is a mid/senior performance-driven role, with room to grow.

Responsibilities

  • Source, vet and onboard highpotential affiliates; run proactive outreach and close tailored deals (CPA/RevShare/Hybrid CPLtoFTD, tiered pricing, minimum performance safeguards).
  • Build a healthy pipeline by vertical and market (CH/TR), expanding into emerging subchannels (content sites, odds portals, Telegram/Discord communities, streamers).
  • Drive activation plans for new partners (first90days playbooks) and reactivation plans for dormant ones.
  • Administer affiliate platforms (e.g., NetRefer): tracking setup, postbacks/pixels, promo codes, attribution rules, validations, and creative asset libraries.
  • Own monthly reconciliations and payments with Finance: verify stats, handle discrepancies, apply clawbacks/traffic quality filters and fraud flags.
  • Maintain program terms & conditions and SOPs; raise product/BI requests to improve tracking accuracy and reporting granularity.
  • Monitor and optimize core KPIs daily/weekly: Unique Clicks, REGs, FTDs, NGR (primary), plus eCPA/eCPL, retention %, ARPU/LTV, churn, chargebacks and fraud rate.
  • Build insightful dashboards and partner scorecards; run cohort and sourcemix analysis; design and evaluate A/B tests on incentives, landers, creatives and funnels.
  • Prepare QBRs with top partners and internal stakeholders; translate insights into clear actions.
  • Negotiate winwin structures, exclusives and seasonal boosts (sports calendars, casino events) while protecting unit economics and traffic quality.
  • Deliver timely communications and creative packages; run joint calendars, promos and content plans tailored to DE/TR audiences.
  • Represent the brand(s) at key industry events (SBC, SiGMA, iGB Affiliate) to drive partner acquisition and brand visibility.
    Ensure all affiliate activities adhere to brand guidelines, responsible gaming messaging and marketspecific restrictions for CH/TR.
  • Proactively monitor placements and claims; manage takedowns, blacklists and audit trails.
  • Collaborate with Risk/Payments to detect and reduce bonus abuse, fraud and multiaccounting.
  • Partner closely with Acquisition, Media Buying, CRM/Retention, Product, Compliance/Legal and CS to synchronise offers, comms, funnels and incentives.
  • Provide market feedback to Product and Content.

Requirements

  • 36+ years experience in affiliate management within iGaming (casino/sportsbook); demonstrable success scaling FTDs and NGR profitably.
  • Market experience in Switzerland and/or Turkey (or DACH/TR adjacent) strongly preferred.
  • Fluent English plus German and/or Turkish preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills; confident communicator (written/verbal) with the ability to write clear partner comms and compelling pitches.
  • Handson mastery of affiliate and analytics tooling: NetRefer, GA4, MMPs (AppsFlyer/Adjust), data viz (Tableau/Power BI/Looker), Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups).
  • Solid understanding of attribution, tracking and postback logic; comfortable troubleshooting pixels and UTMs.
  • Proven ability to analyse data and convert insights into actions; disciplined in documentation and SOP creation.
  • High integrity with a compliancefirst approach and strong brandsafety instincts.
  • Based in Malta or willing to relocate; availability for occasional travel (events/partner visits).
