About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Email Marketing Specialist (Klaviyo Expert) who can not only manage and optimize email campaigns but also contribute to end-to-end eCommerce marketing strategies.
The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and performance-focused, with strong expertise in automation, segmentation, and customer lifecycle marketing, along with hands-on experience in eCommerce growth tactics such as promotional campaigns, loyalty programs, and conversion optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Email Marketing & Automation
- Plan, execute, and optimize targeted email marketing campaigns for product launches, promotions, and retention
- Manage end-to-end email production: segmentation, content, design coordination, QA, and deployment

Build and optimize automation flows:
- Welcome series
- Abandoned cart
- Browse abandonment
- Re-engagement campaigns
- Upsell & cross-sell journeys
- Monitor and improve key KPIs: Open Rate, CTR, Conversion Rate, Revenue Contribution
eCommerce Marketing & Growth
- Collaborate on website promotional strategies including homepage banners, seasonal campaigns, and landing pages
- Support execution of loyalty programs, referral campaigns, and retention initiatives
- Optimize customer journey across email and website touchpoints
- Work on improving conversion rate (CRO) through targeted messaging and offers
- Manage and enhance customer reviews, testimonials, and trust-building elements
- Align email campaigns with product launches, discounts, and sales events
Performance & Optimization
- Conduct A/B testing (subject lines, creatives, CTAs, timing, segmentation)
- Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights
- Perform competitor research and stay updated with email + eCommerce trends
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and industry best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in Email Marketing / Lifecycle Marketing / CRM
- Strong command of tools: Klaviyo (preferred), Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign
- Hands-on experience in eCommerce marketing (Shopify or similar platforms preferred)
- Expertise in automation flows, segmentation, and personalization
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email customization (plus point)
- Strong copywriting skills focused on engagement & conversions
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data
