Working Days: Monday to Friday
Office Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Accommodation: Furnished accommodation provided for eligible outstation employees

Role Overview
The ideal candidate should combine strategic thinking, creativity, analytics, client-facing communication, campaign management, and commercial awareness. You will be expected to understand a client's objectives, develop a practical social media plan, present proposals, manage budgets and campaigns, analyze results, and continuously improve performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Strategy & Planning
- Develop comprehensive social media strategies based on client objectives, target audiences, industries, and market positioning.
- Create monthly and quarterly social media plans, content calendars, campaign roadmaps, and growth strategies.
- Define content pillars, brand voice, audience personas, posting frequency, and platform-specific strategies.
- Develop strategies for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct competitor, audience, industry, and trend research.
- Identify opportunities for organic growth, paid campaigns, engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness.
2. Content Strategy & Execution
- Plan and coordinate engaging social media content, including static posts, carousels, reels, videos, stories, polls, and text-based content.
- Provide creative briefs and clear direction to graphic designers, video editors, and content writers.
- Ensure all content aligns with the client's brand identity, objectives, and marketing strategy.
- Review and approve content before publishing.
- Maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across platforms.
3. Social Media Management
- Manage and maintain multiple social media accounts and client profiles.
- Schedule and publish content using relevant social media management and scheduling tools.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, reviews, and audience interactions.
- Develop appropriate community-management and engagement strategies.
- Stay updated with platform algorithms, features, trends, and best practices.
4. Paid Campaigns & Budget Management
- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize social media advertising campaigns.
- Develop campaign objectives, audiences, creatives, messaging, placements, and KPIs.
- Manage campaign budgets responsibly and allocate spending based on performance.
- Monitor metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA, ROAS, engagement rate, conversion rate, and reach.
- Conduct A/B testing of audiences, creatives, copy, offers, and campaign structures.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare recommendations for budget scaling and campaign optimization.
5. Analytics, Performance & Reporting
- Track social media performance using platform analytics and reporting tools.
- Analyze organic and paid performance against predefined KPIs.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management and clients.
- Identify trends, opportunities, weaknesses, and areas requiring improvement.
- Translate analytics into actionable recommendations rather than simply reporting numbers.
- Present campaign results, insights, achievements, challenges, and next-step strategies to clients.
6. Client Proposals & Pitching
- Understand client requirements, business objectives, target audience, and marketing challenges.
- Develop professional social media strategy proposals and campaign plans.
- Prepare presentations, campaign concepts, content plans, media plans, and budget recommendations.
- Participate in client meetings and strategy discussions.
- Present and pitch social media strategies and campaign proposals to international clients.
- Clearly communicate expected outcomes, KPIs, timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
- Revise strategies and proposals based on client feedback.
7. Team Collaboration
- Work closely with graphic designers, video editors, content writers, SEO specialists, paid media specialists, and other marketing team members.
- Provide clear briefs, deadlines, references, and strategic direction to the creative team.
- Coordinate multiple projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain brand consistency across all client deliverables.
8. Market & Trend Research
- Continuously monitor social media trends, emerging platforms, content formats, algorithms, and competitor activities.
- Experiment with new content formats and growth opportunities.
- Research successful campaigns and identify strategies that can be adapted for clients.
- Stay informed about developments in AI-powered social media and marketing tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 5 years of professional experience in Social Media Management, Social Media Strategy, or Digital Marketing (UK Side).
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses or international clients.
- Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and their respective algorithms.
- Strong knowledge of organic and paid social media marketing.
- Hands-on experience with social media advertising platforms and campaign management.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics, KPIs, reporting, and performance optimization.
- Experience preparing social media strategies, content calendars, campaign plans, and proposals.
- Strong presentation and client-pitching skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple clients, campaigns, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with strong commercial and strategic thinking.
- Experience with AI tools for content creation, research, analysis, and social media workflows.
- Proficiency with social media scheduling, analytics, reporting, and project-management tools.
- Portfolio of social media accounts, campaigns, strategies, or client work is required.
