Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Define and drive the company’s AI roadmap aligned with internal business goals and client objectives.
Identify opportunities where AI can improve client efficiency, service quality, cost optimization, and scalability.
Translate client and internal business problems into clear AI use cases, solution designs, and execution plans.
Stay updated with AI trends, tools, and frameworks, and assess their commercial and operational relevance for clients and the company.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead and mentor AI Operators, ensuring they understand both the business context and technical execution.
Guide operators on prompt engineering, automation workflows, model usage, and optimization based on client use cases.
Upskill AI operators by sharing ideas, best practices, and structured learning paths aligned with client delivery standards.
Act as a bridge between AI operators, developers, and client-facing teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment.
Execution & Operations
Oversee day-to-day AI operations, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery for client projects.
Design, document, and continuously improve AI-driven processes, SOPs, and workflows used in client accounts.
Work closely with developers to implement, test, and refine AI solutions based on client feedback and performance data.
Ensure AI outputs meet client expectations, contractual requirements, data security standards, and ethical guidelines.
Client-Facing Leadership
Act as a client-facing AI lead for assigned accounts.
Participate in client meetings to understand requirements, present AI solutions, and explain outcomes in business language.
Support sales, onboarding, and account management teams by contributing AI-led proposals and solution designs.
Build client confidence by clearly communicating AI capabilities, limitations, and measurable value.
Innovation & Creation
Actively think, experiment, and create new AI use cases, tools, and automations relevant to client needs.
Pilot new AI initiatives and scale successful solutions across multiple clients or internal teams.
Support client-facing teams by proposing AI-led enhancements during onboarding, renewals, or service expansions.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience
5–7+ years of experience in AI, automation, data, or advanced technology roles.
Proven experience leading teams, preferably AI operators, analysts, or automation teams.
Demonstrated experience in client-facing or stakeholder management roles.
Hands-on exposure to both AI tools and development environments.
Experience working in operations-heavy, service-based, or offshoring organizations is a strong plus.
Technical & Functional Knowledge
- Strong understanding of:
AI models (LLMs, automation tools, AI platforms)
Prompt engineering and workflow design
APIs, integrations, and basic development concepts
Ability to translate technical concepts into client-friendly explanations.
Strong collaboration skills with developers, operations, and account teams.
