Position Overview:
TriVA is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and performance-driven Email & Push Marketing Specialist to take charge of our customer engagement strategy through Klaviyo and PushOwl. The ideal candidate will plan and execute impactful email and push notification campaigns, collaborate closely with designers, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize performance and conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Email Campaign Management
Plan, write, and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly email campaigns for product promotions, events, and special offers.
Build and manage automated Klaviyo flows (e.g., welcome series, cart recovery, post-purchase, browse abandonment).
Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, design layouts, send times, and messaging content.
Collaborate with the design team to ensure accurate, on-brand visuals and seamless integration of copy.
2. Push Notification Strategy (via PushOwl)
Schedule and execute high-impact push notifications for flash sales, product launches, back-in-stock alerts, and price drops.
Develop and manage automated push sequences to increase engagement and drive conversions.
Analyze click-through rates, open rates, and conversions to improve messaging frequency and delivery timing.
Align push notifications with email campaigns for consistent user experiences.
3. Market Research & Campaign Planning
Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and content gaps.
Maintain the marketing calendar and ensure all campaigns align with key product drops, seasonal promotions, and events.
4. Copywriting & Creative Development
Write short-form, persuasive, and conversion-focused content tailored to a Millennial and DTC audience.
Work cross-functionally with designers and creatives to develop campaign themes and visual storytelling.
5. Performance Tracking & Reporting
Monitor campaign KPIs including open rates, CTR, conversions, deliverability, and revenue impact.
Maintain clean lists and apply segmentation best practices for optimized targeting.
Deliver weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven hands-on experience with Klaviyo (required).
Experience with PushOwl or similar push notification platforms.
Strong command of copywriting, especially for ecommerce and direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing.
Deep understanding of email segmentation, campaign scheduling, and A/B testing.
Familiarity with tools such as Mailchimp, Brevo, Omnisend.
Understanding of Shopify and ecommerce buyer journeys.
Excellent time management and attention to detail.
Collaborative approach to working with creative and marketing teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with DTC brands or ecommerce businesses.
Familiarity with SMS marketing tools.
Exposure to ClickUp for project planning and task reviews.
