Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Brand Acquisition Specialist to identify, onboard, and support brands within the ambient and cupboard food sector. This role requires a proactive approach to outreach, onboarding, and platform training to ensure a seamless experience for partner brands. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams to facilitate a smooth onboarding process and drive engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Outreach & Acquisition
Identify and engage with potential brands within the ambient and cupboard food sector.
Develop and execute strategies to onboard a minimum of 10 brands by presenting the platforms value proposition.
Build strong relationships with key brand stakeholders to ensure successful partnerships.
Brand Onboarding & Support
Guide brands through the platform setup process, ensuring all necessary details, including Corporate and Product Pages, are accurately filled.
Assist brands in uploading product details, images, and campaign specifics to enhance consumer engagement.
Provide ongoing support to brands to optimize their presence on the platform.
Platform Training
Conduct training sessions for newly onboarded brands on platform functionality, product listing, campaign management, and consumer engagement tools.
Act as a point of contact for brands, addressing queries and troubleshooting platform-related issues.
Collaboration with Development Team
Liaise with the development team to resolve technical queries from brands.
Assist with backend setup and ensure a seamless user experience for partner brands.
Key Objectives:
Successfully onboard 10 brands within the specified sector.
Ensure 100% completion of each brands Corporate and Product Pages for consumer interaction.
Provide training and support to maximize platform utilization by partner brands.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in brand acquisition, business development, or account management, preferably in FMCG, retail, or e-commerce.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to analyze brand needs and present tailored solutions.
Familiarity with digital platforms, e-commerce, and product listing tools.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in food distribution, online marketplaces, or brand partnerships.
Understanding of consumer behavior and digital engagement strategies.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
