About the Role
We are looking for a Media Buyer / PPC Specialist / Performance Marketing who is data-driven, strategic, and hands-on with modern ad platforms. The ideal candidate will own the full lifecycle of paid campaigns — from strategy to execution — with a strong focus on ROAS, scalability, and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and scale multi-channel paid campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Develop full-funnel strategies (awareness consideration conversion retention).
- Conduct advanced keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor benchmarking.
- Optimize campaigns using data-driven insights, smart bidding, and AI-based strategies.
- Execute A/B testing across ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Manage and allocate budgets efficiently to maximize ROAS and CAC targets.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking, pixels, and server-side tracking.
- Analyze performance using GA4, dashboards, and attribution models.
- Collaborate with creative, SEO, and CRO teams for aligned campaign strategies.

Stay updated with platform updates, privacy policies (iOS updates, cookie less tracking), and trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4+ years of hands-on experience in Media Buyer / PPC Specialist / Performance Marketing.

Strong expertise in:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) & Google Tag Manager (GTM)

Deep understanding of:
- Campaign structure & bidding strategies
- Funnel marketing & customer journey
- Attribution models and tracking
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret and act on data

Excellent communication skills for onsite collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in E-commerce, SaaS, Lead Generation, or Marketplace brands
- Hands-on experience with Shopify / WooCommerce ecosystems
- Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and landing page strategy
- Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation
- Certifications (Google Ads / Meta Blueprint) are a plus.
