About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor with at least 2 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills in editing software and a good sense of storytelling, visual composition, and timing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos for marketing, social media, and corporate needs.
- Add music, sound effects, voiceovers, graphics, and animations to enhance video quality.
- Collaborate with creative, design, and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines.
- Review and improve existing video content when required.
- Stay updated with industry trends, editing techniques, and new tools.
- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Media, Film, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of professional video editing experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing tools.
- Strong understanding of motion graphics, visual storytelling, and sound design.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous work.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of color grading and correction.
- Basic graphic design and animation skills.
- Experience with social media video formats and trends.
