Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Brand Acquisition Specialist responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding brands onto the platform. This is a high-impact commercial role focused on outbound sales, partnerships, and revenue generation through structured brand acquisition.

The role is critical in achieving early-stage growth targets, including onboarding 5 brands in the first month and 10 brands by Month 3, alongside supporting broader user acquisition goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Acquisition & Sales Outreach

  • Identify and target relevant brands, retailers, and service providers aligned with the platform
  • Conduct structured outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and direct communication channels
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential brand partners
  • Pitch platform value proposition clearly and convert leads into onboarded partners
  • Achieve and exceed monthly brand acquisition targets (5 10 brands within 3 months)

2. Relationship Management

  • Act as the first point of contact for all prospective brands
  • Maintain strong follow-ups to ensure conversion from lead to partnership
  • Build long-term relationships with onboarded brands for repeat campaigns and engagement

3. Market Research & Targeting

  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify high-potential brand segments
  • Research brand positioning and tailor outreach messaging accordingly
  • Identify new verticals and partnership opportunities

4. Campaign Coordination (Post-Onboarding Support)

  • Collaborate with Campaign Manager to ensure smooth onboarding of brands
  • Collect necessary brand inputs (assets, offers, campaign details)
  • Ensure timely handover for campaign execution

5. Reporting & Pipeline Management

  • Maintain daily/weekly tracking of outreach, responses, meetings, and conversions
  • Provide structured pipeline updates to management
  • Share insights on outreach performance and conversion improvements

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • 5 brands onboarded in Month 1
  • 10 total brands by Month 3

Outreach activity volume (minimum 80–150 contacts/week)

Conversion rate from lead to meeting and meeting to onboarding 

Pipeline growth consistency and reporting accuracy

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–4 years experience in Business Development / Sales / Partnerships
  • Strong background in B2B sales, cold outreach, or agency-style selling
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle objections and close deals independently
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Notion, or similar preferred)
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, marketplaces, or SaaS environments (preferred)
