Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a sharp, organized, and culturally fluent team member to support our Project Manager and Operations Lead.  This hybrid role blends Social Media Management and Marketing Assistant responsibilities to support content execution, campaign coordination, internal workflows, and systems management.

You’ll work across content calendars, editorial planning, brand alignment, and team communication, ensuring that everything runs smoothly, on brand, and on time. You’re both creative and highly organized: someone who can support editorial processes, own structured systems, and manage details without losing sight of the big picture.

You understand how social media supports brand and podcast visibility.  You’re fluent in trends and digital culture, and curious about how AI tools can enhance speed, clarity, and creativity.  You’re confident in taking initiative, aligning execution with strategy, and adapting quickly across clients and formats.

Your main focus will be content, publishing, and marketing operations, with additional support in general operations and internal systems as needed.

Key Responsibilities

1.  Content Creation & Publishing

  • Collaborate with the Narrative Content Producer to connect podcast episodes and brand narratives with trend-driven and evergreen content.
  • Assist with writing captions, structuring hashtags, and supporting tone-specific messaging for each platform.
  • Follow and study creators like Jay Shetty, MrBeast, Louise Aubery, Alex Eubank, and the global influencer culture.
  • Propose timely, platform-specific adaptations of trends that align with each client.
  • Brainstorm and present creative post ideas that add originality and resonance per client.
  • Research and propose platform-specific content ideas that blend AI, culture, entrepreneurship, or client-relevant subjects.
  • Support the development of evergreen assets, and pre-launch campaigns.
  • Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Wispr, and Perplexity to support ideation, campaign messaging, and workflow enhancements.

2. Platform Management & Scheduling

  • Build, maintain, and manage multi-platform content calendars in ClickUp, ensuring content is always scheduled, aligned to strategy, and publish-ready.

  • Own and update ClickUp calendars weekly with accuracy and foresight.
  • Ensure content strategy aligns with each client’s voice, values, and audience expectations.

  • Upload, schedule, and label social media posts across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Substack, YouTube) using tools like Metricool.
  • Optimize post performance through visual QA, timing adjustments, and trend integration.
  • Submit weekly updates and insights in Slack and ClickUp with performance metrics and strategic recommendations.
  • This role does not include community engagement (e.g., replying to DMs, liking comments, or direct customer support).

3. Project & Operations Coordination

  • Work directly with the Project Manager and Operations Lead to ensure internal processes run smoothly.

  • Track project timelines, deadlines, and team tasks within ClickUp.

  • Help manage and enforce the production checklist to ensure all deliverables are accounted for and on schedule.

  • Assist in the creation, updating, and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the department.

  • Maintain and organize shared documentation in Google Drive, ensuring all internal and external resources are clearly accessible.

  • Support weekly and monthly reporting by gathering status updates and ensuring follow-through on pending items.

  • Coordinate cross-functional communication between internal creative teams and clients to minimize blockers and maintain delivery flow.

  • Assist with podcast guest booking logistics: track guest outreach, schedule confirmations, and gather necessary materials (e.g. headshots, bios, release forms).

  • Maintain and update guest-related trackers and support alignment between booking, production, and social/media teams.

  • Support the Project Manager in recruiting tasks, including sourcing, pre-screening, organizing applicants in Manatal, and managing hiring pipelines.

  • Track open roles and candidate progress within Manatal.

  • Assist with coordinating testing through platforms like TestGorilla and Neuralworks.

4. Collaboration & Creative Direction

  • Work closely with producers, designers, and editors to ensure brand-aligned assets.

  • Collaborate with creative leads and editors for post production.

  • Attend bi-weekly team syncs to discuss production goals, feedback, and pivot strategies.

  • Respond quickly and clearly to feedback via Slack, Loom, and ClickUp.

  • Comfortable working directly with high-touch clients and adjusting quickly to feedback.

  • Able to implement creative ideas based on brand references or cultural inspiration.

  • Brings speed, accountability, and strategic thinking to every campaign.

5. Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Monitor analytics across platforms and generate biweekly reports on performance and engagement.

  • Track KPIs like follower growth, video views, profile visits, and engagement rates.

  • Share insights in weekly Slack updates and proactively suggest strategic adjustments.

  • Suggest A/B testing and iteration based on data.

6. Asset & Workflow Management

  • Maintain organized caption libraries, visual assets, and content trackers in ClickUp.

  • Ensure podcast and video uploads (RSS/YouTube/Spotify) follow optimized publishing guidelines.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Content Execution Social and podcast content is delivered on time and aligned with brand and strategy.

  • Calendar & Workflow Management Content calendars are updated, deadlines tracked, and internal systems maintained.
  • Engagement & Growth Platforms see consistent improvement in reach, impressions, and interaction based on published content.
  • Operational Support SOPs and documentation are organized and accessible; internal coordination is proactive and effective.
  • Initiative & Insight Brings forward trends, creative ideas, and performance insights weekly to improve execution.

What You Bring

Required Skills & Experience

  • 23+ years in social media coordination, content marketing, or operations.

  • Strong copywriting and editing skills tailored to different platforms.

  • Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

  • Experience working with personal brands, creators, or podcast-driven formats.

  • Proficiency with tools like ClickUp, Metricool, Canva, Slack, and Google Drive.

  • Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Wispr) to streamline tasks.

  • Analytical thinking to track KPIs and spot insights.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in a creative agency, media, Marketing or influencer marketing environment.

  • Experience repurposing content for multi-format storytelling (video, podcast, carousel).
  • Fluent in English and Spanish with exceptional communication skills is a plus
