CRM Data CleanUp - (100hours)

  • Location: Remote
  • Hours: 100hrs
  • Reports to: Relationship Manager


Who Were Looking For

We are hiring a CRM Data Cleanup Support contractor for a short-term, high-precision data hygiene project. This role is perfect for someone whos fast, detail-obsessed, and thrives in behind-the-scenes systems work. Youll be responsible for completing contact cleanup, deduplication, and quality assurance tasks within our CRM and adjacent tools. You wont be doing outreach or relationship management your job is to make sure the data foundation is bulletproof for the team that does.

Key Responsibilities

Contact Deduplication & QA

  • Clean, categorize, and QA CRM records across key segments:
    • MAPS
    • LPs and SPVs
    • Traditional Talent
    • ABG + PR contacts
  • Ensure all contacts are correctly tagged, associated with companies, and free of duplicates

iPhone Contact Matching

  • Cross-reference Mojs iPhone contacts (~18,000 entries) with existing CRM records and spreadsheets
  • Prioritize review of ~800 high-signal contacts
  • Flag, archive, or deprioritize low-value or irrelevant entries

ClickUp & HubSpot Syncing

  • Identify and correct mismatches between outreach tasks in ClickUp and records in HubSpot
  • Ensure all guest, founder, and LP meeting contacts are fully represented in the CRM

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain a weekly cleanup tracker in ClickUp
  • Submit summary reports and spreadsheets of confirmed, flagged, or missing data
  • Participate in a recorded debrief or knowledge transfer call upon completion


What You Bring

Experience

  • 1+ year of CRM data entry, administrative support, or research-heavy work
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency
  • Fluency with Google Sheets and basic CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
  • Ability to follow QA guidelines and flag inconsistencies clearly
  • Basic familiarity with productivity tools like ClickUp, Slack, and Zoom
